Students, like staff, access NCEdCloud by going to my.ncedcloud.org
All students also have a bookmark for this on their chromebook if they click on the left corner.

Students can change their own password by clicking “forgot my password.”
If you have tried to reset a student’s password and it is still not working, or if there is any other issue with NCEdCloud for a student, you will need to submit a helpdesk ticket to district IT:
Call the IT Support Center directly at 919-560-3837
Email the IT support center at [email protected] or
Create a help ticket at http://itsupport.dpsnc.net
